First Cochlear Implant Surgery performed at Q.I.H

The first cochlear implant surgery was performed at Q.I.H successfully.

The surgery was performed on a young girl who was one of the victims of 2005 devastating earth quake of Azad Kashmir, talking on the occasion, the CEO Quaid-e-Azam International hospital Dr. Shaukat Ali Bangash thanked God for achieving this mile stone and congratulated Dr. Atif Ikram and his team who performed the cochlear implant surgery.
